Hi, I'm Caten and I believe in home.

Charlotte has always been home. After living away for college, I realized there really is no place like it. That's what inspired me to build my career here—helping others find a place they love just as much.

Over the past eight years, I've helped more than 200 buyers and sellers navigate one of life's biggest financial decisions. Along the way, my family and I have personally renovated more than 20 homes, giving me a deeper understanding of value, construction, and what truly matters when evaluating a property.

Touring beautiful homes with my clients, trying a new local restaurant, or taking a walk around the neighborhood with my baby!
